Lani is responsible for ASSIST’s knowledge management system to support the sharing of learning from health care improvement efforts worldwide. She has worked at URC since 1983 on a variety of global health systems strengthening projects. For the past 12 years, Lani has been deeply involved in URC’s efforts to disseminate knowledge about applying improvement approaches to strengthen health care delivery in low- and middle-income countries, and she led the knowledge management activities of the USAID Health Care Improvement Project. Her field experience is in Central and South America. She is married and has three children.
