Meg is a Senior Program Officer for WI-HER, LLC, responsible for providing technical, operational, and development support to all WI-HER activities. Meg supports the USAID ASSIST Project to integrate gender into all aspects of the project. With over 10 years of experience working in sexual and reproductive health, maternal health, gender-based violence, and HIV/AIDS, Meg has experience in health education, community mobilization, research, policy development, strategic planning, and program design, management, and evaluation. Meg was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique and previously worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Meg completed her MPH in Global Health at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health and completed the Community Leadership in Sexual Health Scholars’ Program at the Center of Excellence for Sexual Health, part of the Satcher Health Leadership Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine. She is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
