Zika webinar series - Connecting and coordinating people and knowledge for an agile outbreak response

The USAID Zika team in collaboration with GHPoD is putting on a webinar series to highlight accomplishments and lessons learned from partners across the Zika response. Please join representatives from the Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs as they share strategies and lessons learned regarding how knowledge management efforts provide critical opportunities for partners to coordinate and exchange knowledge throughout the Zika response. Anne Ballard Sara will discuss how the Zika Communication Network, the internal Zika partners website, share fairs and other strategies fostered knowledge to combat Zika under the recently completed Knowledge for Health (K4Health) Project. Alice Payne Merritt will discuss Breakthrough ACTION’s lessons learned from the social and behavior change (SBC) working group, including how the group spurred collective action among Zika implementing partners and supported the harmonization of SBC messages.

When: Wed Nov. 20, 2019 12pm – 1pm EST
