Tana Wuliji

Senior Improvement Advisor, USAID ASSIST Project/URC

Tana's work in the ASSIST Project focuses on generating evidence to better understand and improve health worker and volunteer performance, engagement and productivity; improving education and training systems; and in integrating improvement competencies into health worker education and training.  She joined URC in 2010 and is now based in Brisbane, Australia.  Prior to joining URC she was an independent consultant specializing in strengthening health workforce and pharmaceutical policy, planning and systems and facilitating strategic and technical multi-stakeholder processes.   She received her PhD from the University of London and a BPharm from the University of Otago.
