Focusing on high-volume facilities, the project supports the Government of Tanzania and PEPFAR implementing partners to apply improvement methods and promotes facility- and community-based services to increase the effectiveness of service delivery in HIV care, prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV, voluntary medical male circumcision, and child protection, particularly for the most vulnerable.
