Conflict Management

This training module on Conflict Management was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development.  This module covers the positive and negative aspects of conflict, recognizing the source of a disagreement, five conflict management styles and how to deal with resistance. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
