Improvement Coach

This training module on the Improvement Coach was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development.  This module covers the roles and responsibilities of a coach and an introduction to the knowledge and skills needed for this role.  The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
