For those who want to learn how to coach point of care QI teams
The Point of Care Quality Improvement (POCQI) training model is a collection of materials to guide QI teams – and the coaches and leadership that support them – in improving the quality of care for mothers and newborns in health facilities. These materials were developed jointly by the South East Asia Regional Office of World Health Organization (WHO SEARO); WHO Collaborating Centre on Training and Research in Newborn Care, AIIMS New Delhi; and the ASSIST Project and are available at: www.pocqi.org.
