The VMMC Continuous Quality Improvement Toolkit was developed by the USAID Applying Science to Strengthen and Improve Systems (ASSIST) Project at the request of the Office of HIV/AIDS of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), with funding support from the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
